We strive to ship customer orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched from our Queensland warehouse.

We will ship the products within 2-7 business days after you place your order.

Shipping Rates

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we will dispatch each item as it becomes available. You will only be charged shipping once, even if your order arrives in separate shipments.

Delivery Scope and Timeframes

Our Standard Delivery service offers nation-wide, reliable door-to-door, street level/ground floor delivery only. Pricing is based on the weight of the items & the zone that your postcode falls into.

REGIONAL AREA NOTE: In certain remote or regional areas, the designated courier service used for your order may not offer door-to-door or curb-side delivery. Instead, you may need to pick up your order from the nearest allocated depot. Should you reside in an area that's not accessible via main roads, we encourage you to reach out to us. This will allow us to consult with our courier partners to determine the extent of service available for your location.

Pre-Sale Items

Pre-sale products will have estimated dispatch and delivery information clearly marked on their respective product pages.

Special Circumstances

While we aim to fulfill all orders promptly, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events may delay shipping. Any significant delays will be communicated via the website’s homepage.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive an email notification when their order ships. This email will include tracking details, the carrier’s name, and the number of packages. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes

To prevent delays or issues, customers are encouraged to verify their address before completing an order. Address changes after dispatch are generally not supported.

If an address change is requested, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs or risks associated with the change.
