Refund policy

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (products that are not fixable) and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return and Refund Policy

Major Fitness offers a 35-day return policy. Customers have 35 days from the date they receive their item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt and/or order confirmation, must be provided.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us immediately upon receiving the order. This allows us to assess the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement, refund, or repair.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page.

Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns. If you have questions about a specific item’s eligibility for return, please contact us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not processed automatically. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return it for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
